이용약관
이 약관은 leed.at(이하 ‘개발자’)이 제공하는 Earning Widget for YouTube Creators(스토어 이름 ‘Earning Widget for YouTube’, 홈 화면 이름 ‘EarnWidget’, 이하 ‘앱’)의 이용 조건을 정합니다.
1. YouTube 서비스 약관 동의
앱을 사용하면 이용자는 YouTube 서비스 약관(https://www.youtube.com/t/terms)에 구속되는 데 동의하는 것입니다.
앱은 YouTube API 서비스를 사용합니다. YouTube API 서비스를 통해 처리되는 정보에는 Google 개인정보처리방침이 함께 적용됩니다.
2. 서비스 소개
앱은 이용자가 승인한 Google 계정의 YouTube 채널 데이터(채널 정보, 조회수·시청 시간·구독자 증감, 예상 수익 등)를 읽기 전용으로 조회해 앱 화면과 홈 화면·잠금 화면 위젯에 보여 주는 도구입니다. 앱은 채널, 동영상, 댓글, 계정 설정을 변경하지 않습니다.
3. 약관의 동의
앱을 설치하거나 사용하면 이 약관, YouTube 서비스 약관, 개인정보처리방침에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으면 앱 사용을 중단하고 삭제해 주세요.
4. 계정과 권한
- 앱은 Google 계정으로 로그인하며, 별도의 회원 가입 절차가 없습니다.
- 이용자는 본인이 소유하거나 관리 권한을 가진 YouTube 채널만 연결해야 합니다.
- 기기와 Google 계정의 보안은 이용자가 관리합니다.
- 이용자는 언제든 앱 설정의 ‘연결 해제’나 Google 보안 설정에서 앱의 접근 권한을 해제할 수 있습니다.
5. 표시되는 수치는 추정치이며 재무 조언이 아닙니다
- YouTube의 예상 수익은 나중에 조정되거나 바뀔 수 있고, 최종 지급액과 다를 수 있습니다.
- YouTube 데이터는 보통 24~72시간 늦게 집계되며, 날짜는 태평양 시간을 기준으로 합니다.
- 표시 통화가 채널 수익 통화와 다르면 YouTube Analytics의 환산 기준을 따릅니다.
- 개발자는 표시되는 데이터의 정확성, 완전성, 적시성을 보증하지 않습니다.
- 재무·세무·투자 등 중요한 결정은 반드시 YouTube Studio와 지급 내역으로 확인하세요.
6. 광고
앱은 무료로 제공되며, 운영을 위해 앱 오픈 광고와 설정·위젯 안내 화면 하단 배너를 표시합니다. YouTube 데이터가 보이는 화면(대시보드, 채널 상세, 위젯)에는 광고를 표시하지 않습니다. 광고와 관련된 정보 처리는 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
7. 광고 제거 구매
- ‘광고 제거’는 한 번 결제하면 앱 안의 광고를 표시하지 않는 비소모성(일회성) 상품입니다. 다른 기능을 추가로 열지는 않습니다.
- 결제와 환불은 App Store 또는 Google Play가 처리하며, 각 스토어의 약관과 환불 정책을 따릅니다. 가격은 스토어에 표시된 금액입니다.
- 구매는 결제에 사용한 Apple ID 또는 Google 계정에 연결되며, 같은 스토어 계정으로 로그인한 기기에서 ‘구매 복원’으로 다시 적용할 수 있습니다. iOS와 Android 사이에는 옮겨지지 않습니다.
- 구독이 아니므로 자동으로 갱신되거나 추가 요금이 청구되지 않습니다.
- 법령이나 스토어 정책이 정한 경우를 제외하고, 앱의 기능 변경이나 서비스 중단으로 구매 금액이 환불되지는 않습니다.
8. 이용자의 의무
- 관련 법령과 YouTube 서비스 약관을 지켜야 합니다.
- 법령이 허용하는 경우를 제외하고 앱을 역설계·변조·재배포해서는 안 됩니다.
- 자동화된 수단으로 과도한 요청을 보내 YouTube API 서비스나 앱의 정상적인 동작을 방해해서는 안 됩니다.
- 다른 사람의 계정이나 채널을 권한 없이 연결해서는 안 됩니다.
9. 지식재산권과 상표
앱의 디자인, 코드, 로고 등에 대한 권리는 개발자에게 있습니다.
YouTube는 Google LLC의 상표입니다. Earning Widget for YouTube Creators는 YouTube API 서비스를 사용하는 독립 앱으로, YouTube 또는 Google과 제휴하거나 보증·후원을 받지 않았습니다.
YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC. Earning Widget for YouTube Creators is an independent app that uses YouTube API Services and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.
App Store는 Apple Inc.의 상표이고, Google Play는 Google LLC의 상표입니다.
10. 보증의 부인
앱은 ‘있는 그대로(as is)’, ‘제공 가능한 범위에서(as available)’ 제공됩니다. 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 개발자는 앱이 중단이나 오류 없이 동작한다는 점, 표시되는 데이터가 정확·완전·최신이라는 점을 포함해 어떠한 명시적·묵시적 보증도 하지 않습니다.
11. 책임의 제한
법령이 허용하는 최대 범위에서, 개발자는 앱의 사용 또는 사용 불가, 데이터의 지연·오류·누락으로 인해 발생한 간접적·부수적·특별·결과적 손해와 수익·영업 기회·데이터의 손실에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 개발자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해와 법령상 책임을 제한할 수 없는 경우에는 그렇지 않습니다.
12. 서비스의 변경과 중단
YouTube API 서비스 정책, 앱 스토어 정책의 변경이나 기술적 사유로 앱의 기능이 바뀌거나 중단될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 앱이나 이 웹사이트를 통해 알립니다.
13. 약관의 변경
약관을 변경하면 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)부터 이 페이지와 앱에서 알립니다. 변경된 약관의 시행 후에도 앱을 계속 사용하면 변경에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
14. 준거법과 관할
이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 앱 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다. 이용자가 거주하는 국가의 강행 법규가 보장하는 권리는 이 약관으로 제한되지 않습니다.

Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Earning Widget for YouTube Creators (store name “Earning Widget for YouTube”, Home Screen name “EarnWidget”, “the app”), provided by leed.at (“we”, “the developer”).
1. Agreement to the YouTube Terms of Service
By using the app, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).
The app uses YouTube API Services. Information processed through YouTube API Services is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
2. The service
The app is a tool that reads the YouTube channel data (channel information, views, watch time, subscriber changes, estimated revenue and similar data) of the Google Account you authorize, with read-only access, and shows it in the app and in Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets. The app never changes your channel, videos, comments or account settings.
3. Acceptance
By installing or using the app you agree to these terms, the YouTube Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using and delete the app.
4. Accounts and permissions
- You sign in with a Google Account; there is no separate registration.
- Only connect YouTube channels that you own or are authorized to manage.
- You are responsible for the security of your device and Google Account.
- You can revoke the app’s access at any time with Disconnect in the app’s Settings or from your Google security settings.
5. Figures are estimates, not financial advice
- YouTube’s revenue estimates can be adjusted or change later, and can differ from your final payment.
- YouTube data usually arrives 24–72 hours late, and dates are based on Pacific Time.
- If your display currency differs from your channel’s revenue currency, YouTube Analytics’ conversion applies.
- We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the data shown.
- Always confirm important financial, tax or investment decisions in YouTube Studio and your payment records.
6. Advertising
The app is free and, to support its operation, shows an app-open ad and banners at the bottom of Settings and the widget guide. Ads are never shown on screens that display YouTube data (the dashboard, channel details and widgets). Ad-related data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Ad removal purchase
- “Remove ads” is a non-consumable, one-time purchase that stops ads from being shown in the app. It does not unlock any other features.
- Payment and refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their terms and refund policies. The price is the amount shown in the store.
- The purchase is tied to the Apple ID or Google Account used to pay, and can be applied again on devices signed in to the same store account with Restore purchase. It does not transfer between iOS and Android.
- It is not a subscription, so it never renews or charges you again.
- Except where required by law or store policy, changes to app features or discontinuation of the service do not entitle you to a refund.
8. Your responsibilities
- Comply with applicable laws and the YouTube Terms of Service.
- Do not reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the app, except where the law allows.
- Do not use automated means to send excessive requests or interfere with YouTube API Services or the app.
- Do not connect other people’s accounts or channels without authorization.
9. Intellectual property and trademarks
The developer owns the rights to the app’s design, code and logo.
YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC. Earning Widget for YouTube Creators is an independent app that uses YouTube API Services and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.
App Store is a trademark of Apple Inc. Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties, including that the app will operate without interruption or error, or that the data shown is accurate, complete or current.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of revenue, business opportunity or data, arising from the use of or inability to use the app, or from delays, errors or omissions in the data. This does not limit liability for damages caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes to the service
Features may change or be discontinued because of changes to YouTube API Services or app store policies, or for technical reasons. We will announce important changes in the app or on this website.
13. Changes to these terms
We will announce changes on this page and in the app at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to you). Continuing to use the app after the changes take effect means you accept them.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are resolved by the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence are not limited by these terms.
